Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Synology support.

It is a known issue that we noticed on iOS 13 devices. Our developers are doing research about the design and will modify in the future. However, you can refer to the below steps to modify the code if you're familiar with CLI, and then you will be able to pinch in/out in the desktop mode:

1. Log in DSM via SSH as root user:
https://www.synology.com/knowledgebase/DSM/tutorial/General_Setup/How_to_login_to_DSM_with_root_permission_via_SSH_Telnet

2. Enter the below command one-by-one:

cd /usr/syno/synoman/synoSDSjslib

mv sds-default.css.gz sds-default.css.gz.bak

mv sds-business.css.gz sds-business.css.gz.bak

cp sds-business.css sds-business.css.bak

sed -i 's/-ms-touch-action:none;touch-action:none/ /g' sds-business.css

cp sds-default.css sds-default.css.bak

sed -i 's/-ms-touch-action:none;touch-action:none/ /g' sds-default.css

3. (Optional) Remove the profile(NAS) on the DS finder and add it back. Then you will be able to zoom in/out. If still no luck, then please reinstall DS finder App.
