그래서 몰테일에 문의도 넣어봤고, 오마이집 물건이 몰테일로 간 사건들도 최근 있어서 오마이집에도 넣었고, 가지다에도 최근 문의를 넣었습니다.

저번 글에 제 트래킹넘버를 오마이집에 도착햇냐고 문의했다고 했을때, 도착했다고 해서 기뻐했었는데,,

아니 글쎄 오마이집 1:1 문의를 다시 읽어보니 FedEx 전산상에 도착했다고 뜬다 라는걸 도착했다고 적어놨더군요. 

<오마이집 1:1 대화내용입니다>

(1) 9453648##### 12월 15일 도착으로 배송조회됩니다.

오마이집 현황판 참고하시면 12월 13일 도착분 입고 완료되었으며,

12월 14일 도착분 입고가 진행 중에 있습니다. 곧 완료될것으로 보여집니다.

저걸 보고 희망을 갖고 있었는데, 다음 1:1 문의내용에서는 오마이집으로 입고된 것은 없다고 하네요..ㅎㅎ 그냥 트레킹 번호만 검색해보고 도착했다고 뜨니까 저렇게 적엇던 것이죠. 

그래서 저는 BH Photo Video에 문의를 합니다. 배대지들 전부 쇼핑몰에 Proof of delivery 를 요구하면 받을 수 있다고 하네요?

미국까지 00700을 쓸 수도 없고 그래서 그냥 라이브 챗으로 BH Photo&Video 에 문의를 합니다.

ME: Hello. I started this chat because my freight forwarding company did not received my product.
The product is Wd 14tb external hard drive and the Fedex says it delievered on Dec 15th.

Mario Z: Unfortunately since on our record this was delivered to the shipping address and was signed for we would not be able to assist, i suggest you contact your freight forwarder to locate the package as they received it according to us.
ME: The company claims that the receiver signature on Fedex, which is JKIM is not the signature the company use. So, I contacted several other FFCs that has same ZIP CODE to find my package, but I could not find it. The Original FFC suggest me to request your company delievered proof so that they can figure out whether it is misdilivery or the fedex has problem with the delivery.
Mario Z: Unfortunately we cannot assist, the freight forwarder got it on our end.
Me: I'm sorry. I do not understand what your last message means. Also, Is there any reason why can't I get the proof of delivery that FedEx services? On Fedex websight, I can get a proof of delivery using 9-digit shipper account number. Your company cannot get the proof of delivery from fedex?

대충 요약하자면.. 자기네들은 Proof of delivery를 끊어줄 권한도 없고! 배대지한테 문의나 해라 라고 하면서 BH Photo&VIdeo 측에서 그냥 live chat을 끊어 버리네요... 황당합니다.

저기서 배대지라는 말(Freight Forwarding Company) 라고 솔직하게 말 안하고 그냥 제가 못받았다 라고 하면 대응이 달랐을까요..

그래서 결과적으로 BH Photo&Video 에서는 이미 다 끝났다. 아무것도 못해준다. 라는 입장이고... 그냥 오마이집, 몰테일, 가지다 등 19720 DE ZIPCODE를 쓰고 있는 배대지에 그냥 접수만 된 상태입니다.

아.. 답답하네요. 그냥 아직 대학생이고 외장하드 큰맘먹고 질렀는데 일이 이렇게 돼서 기분이 영 안좋네요.

아마존 - 몰테일 이렇게만 늘 시켰었는데, 이번에 아마존 말고 다른 사이트는 처음 이용하는데 이렇게 된거라 어디서 부터 잘못된건지..

혹시 15일자 FedEx 델라웨어로 간 물품 중 JKIM 사인이 있으신 분 있으시면 어디 배대지로 갔는지 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

그리고 웬만하면 아마존 Prime 배송으로 시키시든가,,, 아니면 한국으로 직배송 시키세요. 이번에 배대지들과 소통하는데 몰테일은 전화로 확인이 가능하지만, 나머지 사이트들은 1:1 문의 이런걸 해서 너무 힘드네요.
